1. Eat healthy.
Proper nutrition is beneficial to both your body and immune system. Aim for a variation of color for each one of your meals.
2. Exercise
Working out keep your body in shape. Exercising comes with many benefits as well by helping with weight loss and fighting diseases.
3. Cleanliness
Always wash your hands and make sure that you’re not touching your eyes, nose, and mouth too much. This could prevent you from spreading germs to others and to yourself.
4. Sleep
The right amount of sleep is also essential to your health. Sleeping less weakens your immune system, making you more vulnerable to getting sick.
With these steps, you’d be less likely to get sick. Along with slowly developing a healthy lifestyle.
